		Prodigy Homes believes that interior design is an integral part of the home selection process, so the design center is located right in the sales office. The design center at Vineyard Estates allows customers to view the 30 samples of stone available as standard selections while touring the model homes. All of the Prodigy Homes communities in the Sacramento region are served by the model home complex and sales center at Vineyard Estates. All kitchens have solid granite counters . Bathroom tubs and showers have marble surrounds. Entry, Kitchen and Bathroom floors all have imported marble floors.
